By accessing or using Tactify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Tactify.

• Use Tactify lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

If we provide accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to use that content only to operate, improve, and provide Tactify (for example, processing resources into accessible formats).

Tactify’s software, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You must not copy or redistribute them without permission.

We may use third-party services (such as hosting or analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Tactify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent required by law.

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
